The Perceptions team and I are so proud of the winners from our first contest! At our recognition event on May 17th, 2021, we were amazed by their honest and incredible stories. In their artwork and writing, they demonstrated the power of creativity, using their voices to provide a unique perspective on the disability experience. They showed us that together, through the arts, young people can truly challenge and change the perceptions surrounding them.
